I have a love, hate relationship with swiss meringue buttercream. I love the silk texture, the melt in your mouth, the sweet but not too sweet taste. But I hate that if your temperatures are not just right, then it takes more work to get it to become perfect. This is why I have created some tips below on how to make sure your icing is successful! Even if it looks like you messed it up, DO NOT throw it out, it can be brought back to life! This will soon be your favourite icing to eat too!

After a long week at work, I love curling up on the couch with a tea and a movie, but what completes the night is gluten free brownies. It is one of those desserts that is easy to put together, throw it into the oven and walk away… in just 40 ish minutes you will have hot and chocolatey gluten free brownies to enjoy.

This recipe came together when I had a craving for something delicious, a couple lemons to use up and pure love for anything lemon meringue related. The fresh lemon, with the sweet meringue and the crunch of the biscotti…. Heaven! Typically I love dunking biscotti into coffee, but with the lemon flavour, these are best dunked in earl grey tea!

This is a crowd pleaser cookie recipe that is not only super easy and quick to make… it uses TWO different types of chocolate to elevate them into the delicious cookie that they are. This delicious oatmeal chocolate cookie has a soft inside and a chewy outside, creating a cookie that will leaving you wanting to grab another.
