100gramswhite sugar
splashVanilla
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350F
Wash, cut the tops of the strawberries and cut them in half.
1 lb Strawberries
Add the cut strawberries to an oven proof pan along with the sugar and vanilla.
100 grams white sugar, splash Vanilla
Stir to combine everything.
Once the oven is preheated, place the pan into the oven for 1 hour.
Stir the mixture and squish the strawberries to release the juices and break them down.
I had to cook mine for another 25 minutes to cook off most of the juices. Keep an eye on the jam after an hour.
Once most of the juices are cooked off, turn off the oven and let the pan sit inside for 15 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and place it in a glass container to store in your fridge until it is cool.
