Gluten-free hot chocolate mix is easy to make, easy to customize and very delicious.
Ingredients
400GramsChocolate (Chips or Chopped from a Bar)(I prefer to use dark chocolate.)
400GramsCocoa Powder
400GramsPowdered Sugar
Instructions
In a food processor, combine all the ingredients. Pulse slowly to not melt the chocolate. Depending on the food processor, it might not become a powder and have some chocolate clumps, that is okay. They will melt when you make it.

Making Hot Chocolate
To make a cup of hot chocolate, put a spoonful of hot chocolate mix into a mug. It is about 30-40 grams.
Next heat up milk, either on the stove, milk frother, or in the microwave.
Pour the hot milk into the mug. Stir to combine and continue to stir until it is well combined.
Top with homemade marshmallows, whipped cream or drink on its own.
