Ingredients
2cupsgluten free oats
1cupdried fruit
1cupunsalted nuts
1tspcinnamon
¼cupolive oil
⅓cuphoney
1splashvanilla
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until evenly mixed.
2 cups gluten free oats, 1 cup dried fruit, 1 cup unsalted nuts, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/3 cup honey, 1 splash vanilla
On a baking tray lined with parchment paper, pour the oat mixture evenly across the entire baking tray.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it cool on the tray.
Once it is completely cooled down, break it into clusters. Package the granola into a large mason jar or a ziplock bag.

Substitutions:
Instead of honey you can substitution this with maple sugar.
Instead of olive oil, you can use coconut oil or avocado oil. If you do not want to use any oil, I recommend mixing 3 egg whites together until foamy and mixing it in with the oat mixture to evenly coat the mixture.
