Fold in 3/4 of the chocolate chips until everything is just combined.
200 grams chocolate chips
Pour batter into prepared pan and top with the 1/4 chocolate chips.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. This will create a fudge texture and the middle will be set to touch. If you would like brownies more like cake, then make them until you insert a tooth pick and it comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes and then using the sides of the parchment paper, lift it out and put them on a wire rack to cool.
