270GramsBob’s Red Mill 1-1 Gluten Free Flour
5GramsBaking Soda
8GramsCorn Starch
1GramSalt
170GramsMelted Butter
200GramsLight Brown Sugar
133GramsSugar
2Eggs
3GramsVanilla
200GramsChocolate Chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Line a 8”x8” baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, sugar and light brown sugar until it is well combined.
Add in the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
270 Grams Bob’s Red Mill 1-1 Gluten Free Flour, 5 Grams Baking Soda, 8 Grams Corn Starch, 1 Gram Salt
Gently fold in chocolate chips. Pour the dough into the prepared baking dish and place into the oven.
200 Grams Chocolate Chips
Bake for 30 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the center. You want it to be set with a little bit of crumbs. Remove from the oven, wait until it is fully cooled down to enjoy.
